Herman was bandaged up by the rescue workers, and then they brought him back to the animal hospital for a checkup. Although there were no visible breaks, it seemed like he had hurt his spine. And the fact that he was already neutered in addition to the fact that he was missing an ear were all indicators that he had been their patient in the past. It’s really incredible to watch Herman sign in as a fresh new puppy today.
