In a disturbing Instagram post, Virginia Giuffre, who accused the now-deceased Jeffrey Epstein of sex trafficking, claims that doctors have given her four days to live, now down to three, after an apparent vehicle accident.
Giuffre posted a picture of her injured face from her hospital bed on Instagram on Sunday. She claimed in the caption that she had suffered renal failure after being struck by a school bus at a speed of “110km” (68 miles per hour) while she was slowing down for a bend.
Despite being purportedly on the verge of loss, Giuffre found the fortitude to post an update to her Instagram followers, claiming that her injuries were so serious that doctors gave her just days to live and sent her to a specialized urology facility.
She wrote that she was “ready to go” but that she hoped to see her children one more time, although she appeared to put doubt on that occurring. She concluded the message by thanking her followers for being such an important part of her life, seemingly accepting her supposed destiny.

The specifics of Virginia’s hospital stay remain unknown at this time, and there don’t seem to be any media reports from Perth, where she resides with her three children, or anyplace else in Australia that support her allegation of a vehicle collision involving a speeding school bus.
In addition to Epstein, Prince Andrew and Ghislaine Maxwell were also charged by Virginia with sexual abuse; Maxwell is now incarcerated for 20 years for child sex trafficking in connection with Epstein. She filed a lawsuit against Andrew in 2021, but in February 2022, they reached an out-of-court settlement.
