Meghan Trainor keeps her followers informed about her progress in fitness and health.

Trainor, 31, spoke about her physique makeover at the 2025 Billboard Women in Music event on Saturday, March 29. She said that “science is the secret” to her new appearance and stated she is “trying all the things.”

On the red carpet, the singer told Entertainment Tonight, “I learned a lot of tricks that I had no idea [about].” “I spent a lot of time exercising in the wrong way. My body was always irritated when I was jogging and performing aerobics.

The singer of “Whoops” said that she is attempting to “biohack” her body in an effort to slow down the aging process.

“So I’m into anything that will help me age backward,” Trainor told ET. “I recently became aware of the NADs [capsules of dietary supplements].” “Make me Hailey Bieber, and I’ll do it and accept it,” I said. I’m attempting everything. I like when a doctor explains things to me.

At the Billboard event on Saturday, Trainor looked amazing in a Sami Miro Vintage tight black dress with a long transparent skirt. After winning the hitmaker award during the event, the singer shared her enthusiasm over her appearance on Instagram.

“Last night I felt like a real-life princess! Without all of the strong, intelligent, and fierce women on my teams, I would be nothing. Thank you, @billboard, for the amazing privilege of being your hitmaker🖤. The caption was written by the mother of two.

Trainor previously discussed how training weights helped her transform her figure during an appearance on Today in December 2024. She said that her boys, Riley, 4, and Barry, 20, pay her a visit at the conclusion of each session and that she began lifting after discovering she could be “stronger.”

At the start of 2025, Trainor also had breast augmentation, choosing the Motiva SmoothSilk Ergonomix 290 micro implants. At the time, she told PEOPLE that she had been thinking about getting breast augmentation since she was in her teens. It was “the best decision I ever made,” according to the “All About That Bass” star.

“I have never been more comfortable in my body,” she said. “Perhaps it’s because I’m now in my 30s. I’ve been attempting to rewire my brain to love myself better for a long time with a therapist. It’s always a work in progress, kind of.

She said, “I’ve noticed that my new breasts are really helping and that it gives me a lot more confidence.”
