Bill Moseley, who is most known for his work in the “The Texas Chainsaw Massacre” series, had an unwanted fright of his own this week when he was struck by a bike who, according to reports, fled the scene.

The actor’s representative tells TMZ that everything took place on Friday in Raleigh, North Carolina, when the horror superstar was supposed to attend Carolina Fear Fest. However, just before the event began, he was struck from behind while he was out for a stroll in the afternoon. As a result, he suffered four cracked ribs and a fractured pelvis.

According to the information that we have, Bill was going behind his hotel along a way that was used by pedestrians and cyclists when a man came racing down the lane and ran straight into him from behind… at a speed that we are informed was around thirty miles per hour. Bill’s representative claims that the individual ran away from the incident rather than stopping to provide assistance.

With all being said and done, Bill ended up suffering many fractures to his pelvis and ribs, which he documented on his Instagram account by sharing a couple of pictures of himself wearing a hospital gown and ultimately being pushed out of the hospital in a wheelchair. Even though what occurred to him was a terrible situation, he is maintaining a positive attitude.

With regard to the motorcyclist who got back on his bike and drove away, Moseley, who also appeared in the film “Halloween” in 2007, made a reference to a horror figure by saying, “And here I thought Jason packed a punch!”

Since then, Bill has been released from the hospital, and he is scheduled to undergo rehabilitation for a period of six weeks. Additionally, the doctors have instructed him to refrain from placing any weight on his left leg at any time.

The organizers of Carolina Fear Fest have also verified that Bill is likely to make a complete recovery, and they have declared that anybody who bought a photo op with Bill will get a refund immediately.
