There is a lot of excitement around the wedding of Jake Bongiovi to Millie Bobby Brown, according to Jon Bon Jovi.
In a video clip of his appearance on BBC’s The One Show that was uploaded on X, which was previously known as Twitter, on Tuesday, May 28, the musician joyfully stated that Bongiovi, who is 22 years old, and Brown, who is 20 years old, are married.
“They’re just fantastic,” Bon Jovi said. All things considered, they are astounding. There were just a few people in attendance for the wedding, and the bride looked absolutely stunning. Jake and his family are overjoyed. It is accurate. Additionally, Dorothea Bongiovi, the wife of Bon Jovi, and Brown’s parents were reportedly present at the wedding, as reported by The Sun.
According to the site, the pair would want to have a more elaborate ceremony later on in this year.
In the immediate aftermath of their wedding, the newlyweds were seen going shopping in the Hampton areas. PEOPLE was able to secure photographs of the couple’s excursion on Friday, May 24, which showed them smiling and driving in a Ford convertible with the top down.
On Monday, May 27, the actor from Strangers Things and the model were seen out and about once again, this time wearing casual attire and their wedding rings.
It should come as no surprise that information on their wedding has been kept under wraps, since Brown had previously disclosed in an interview with WWD in 2023 that she wanted to keep the specifics of their big day a secret.
“I believe that pulling the curtains is the most likely option, simply due to the fact that there are only a limited number of moments in life that you receive just once. And the fact that everyone’s eyes and views are looking at it is something that I find to be very abnormal,” Brown remarked.
In April of 2023, she made the announcement that she was going to marry Bongiovi by posting a picture of the two of them on Instagram. In the shot, she was seen wearing a diamond ring on her left hand. Using the words from Taylor Swift’s song “Lover,” Brown captioned the photo with the following: “I’ve loved you three summers now, honey, I want ’em all 🤍.”
They announced their engagement on Instagram in November 2021, about three years after they made their relationship public on the platform by uploading a love shot that they had taken on the London Eye ferris wheel.
At the beginning of this month, Brown took the opportunity to commemorate Bongiovi’s 22nd birthday by posting a heartfelt message on Instagram. The post said, “The day you were born is my favorite day I love you ❤️.”
