The kids of Brooke Shields may be grownups who are now attending college, but they are still mommy’s girls at heart. This is something that their mother admitted to, and we should add that she did so with a great deal of pride.

Thursday, the actress made an appearance on “The Jess Cagle Show” on SiriusXM. During her appearance, she said that she has a very close relationship with her daughters Rowan and Grier, who are now 20 and 18 years old, respectively, and confirmed that they still sometimes sleep together in the same bed.

She provides an explanation… “You know, even when my spouse is away on a business trip or for some other reason, they continue to lie in the bed with me. This is something that happens every single time. We continue to watch romantic comedies. They are my daughters, and they will never be anything else to me.

To put it another way, Brooke is not going to adopt the lifestyle of an empty nester in the autumn, when the daughters will be attending college. It is rather amusing to see that she does not believe that they will be absent for a very long time.

The expensive expense of living in Los Angeles is cited by Brooke as the reason she feels her daughters will come around to her way of thinking, which works in her advantage. Brooke expects that her girls will return home early and often. It seems that she takes great pleasure in caring for her children, even when they are adults, and she does not feel any guilt about doing so.

Just so you know, Brooke is not the first celebrity to share a bed with their children. When Coco Austin admitted that her daughter Chanel, who was just eight years old at the time, still shared a bed with her and her husband Ice-T, she faced considerable criticism.

Julia Fox said that she and her son Valentino shared one bed until she upgraded to her Harlem townhouse. However, it is important to note that these are genuine young children, and not adults like Brooke’s daughters.

In addition to Brooke, other celebrities such as Tori Spelling, Snooki, Kourtney K, Heidi Klum, and Alicia Silverstone have expressed their support for the practice of co-sleeping with children. Therefore, it would seem that Brooke is in good company.
