There was a tragic shooting that took place outside of the rapper’s Marathon Clothing shop in March of 2019.
As the fifth anniversary of Nipsey Hussle’s passing approaches, Lauren London is paying tribute to the rapper.
Following the passing of the rapper, the actress, who is 39 years old, sent a tribute to him on Instagram on Sunday. A snapshot of Hussle was accompanied with the following caption: “If you know me, you know that March is always difficult for me. I have been holding my breath for 31 days.” Considering that your name is #GodWillRise, it is really interesting that this day has chosen to fall on Easter Sunday in the year 2024.
After that, she said, “Energy is eternal…” You have my love. Without end.”
In a short amount of time, London’s loved ones flooded her with words of affection in the comments section.
“Sending you love always 💙,” La La Anthony exclaimed in her message.
While everything was going on, Sarunas J. Jackson made a remark that said, “I will always love you and your family.”
Reginae Carter, who is Lil Wayne’s daughter, responded by saying, “I love you.”
Through her Instagram Stories, the star of “You People” shared a collection of photographs of Hussle, in addition to a video clip of an earlier interview that Hussle had conducted with Charlamagne Tha God.
On March 31, 2019, Hussle was shot and killed in front of his Marathon Clothing shop in Los Angeles. A de.adly shooting occurred. He was 33 years old. It was in July of 2022 when Eric Holder Jr. was found guilty of first-degree murder, three years after his loss.
The year 2013 marked the beginning of Hussle and London’s relationship, and three years later, they became parents to a boy named Kross Ermias Asghedom. Emani Asghedom, his daughter, whom he welcomed with his ex-girlfriend Tanisha Foster, is another member of Hussle’s family as well. In the meanwhile, London is now a mother to her son, Kameron Carter, whom she shares with Lil Wayne.
At the time, London was paying homage to Hussle on the occasion of what would have been his 38th birthday in August of 2023. She said on Instagram, “Honoring the day you blessed the Earth with your presence,” and she made the statement.
