The fashion legend Iris Apfel, who was well-known for her eccentric ensembles and one-of-a-kind styles, has passed away.
Based on the statements made by her representatives, the fashion diva passed away on Friday at her residence in Palm Beach, Florida. There has been no official announcement on the cause of passing; nevertheless, it is presumed that she passed away due to natural causes associated with old age.
Iris, a socialite from New York, became a fashion hero in her 80s and 90s, and she jokingly referred to herself as a “geriatric starlet.” Iris would wear a variety of different styles, including boho fashions, vintage hippy-inspired looks, haute couture, and incredibly vivid hues.
