Not even Kody Brown was invited to his ex-girlfriend’s wedding in October.

When it came to the events surrounding the wedding of his ex-girlfriend, Christine Brown, Kody Brown did all in his power to have a cheerful attitude. Christine and David’s Wedding was a two-part special on TLC that documented Christine’s wedding to her now-husband, David Woolley, which took place in October. The star of The Sister Wives appeared in many short appearances during the event.

Despite the fact that Kody and Christine had a contentious divorce in 2021, the patriarch of the Brown family expressed his best wishes for his wife and the mother of six of his 18 children on many occasions during the second segment of the show, which was broadcast on Sunday evening.

“I hope that they experience every single ounce of joy that life has to offer them. “That is the truth of my feelings, and that is all,” Kody informed me. “It is difficult for me to keep it from coming to mind. I am going to continue talking till those cameras depart, and we have been together for the last quarter of a century.

Kody continued by saying that this ex-girlfriend “doesn’t need my permission” to be married, and he even went on to acknowledge the bond that she had with David.

“Christine had a goal in mind and hopes of finding a soulmate experience and she put a lot of emotional energy into that,” according to Kody. She must have done something extraordinary in order to attract that to her, in my opinion. It’s possible that they are a match made in heaven, and I hope that they have a lovely day on their special day.

One aspect of the celebration, however, left Kody feeling excluded, and that was when his children began to dance on the dance floor.

“I’m sad that I’m having to miss the Brown family mosh pit,” he admittedly said. “Now I feel left out because the Brown family mosh pit is so much fun.”

Robyn Brown, who is Kody’s sole surviving wife, made a joke about the fact that she was not interested in dancing with her husband at occasions.

“When we’re dancing, I become the pole and you dance around me,” she said jocularly.

2021 was the year when Christine broke up with Kody, and the following year, Janelle Brown did the same. After a period of years of estrangement, Meri Brown made the announcement that she had “permanently terminated” her marriage to Kody at the beginning of the year 2023.

The bulk of Kody’s children from his previous relationships were there during Christine’s wedding. The event was hailed by Gabriel Brown, the son of Kody and Janelle Brown, who had a public disagreement with Kody. Gabriel Brown said, “For the first time in a long time, it seemed like the genuine Brown family was back… It was a really wholesome experience, and the fact that everyone was present and that we were reunited as a family made me feel like I had everything I needed. Everyone expressed how glad they were to be reunited with their family, which is something that we haven’t experienced in a very long time.
