His job is working on the Billboard Hot 100!

It is now official that Ryan Gosling, also known as Barbie’s Ken, has made his debut on the legendary song chart. The song “I’m Just Ken,” which was included on the soundtrack of the movie Barbie and was performed by the 42-year-old actor, moved him up to the 87th spot in this week’s list. In the past, Ryan Gosling’s song “City of Stars,” which was used in the musical film La La Land, reached number one on the jazz charts of Billboard. On the other hand, this is the first time he has made it into the Hot 100.

Gosling’s rendition of the song peaked at number 4 on the Hot Rock Songs list, number 5 on the Hot Rock and Alternative Songs chart, and number 39 on the Digital Song Sales chart. The song by Gosling is included on Barbie: The Album, which is the soundtrack of the record-breaking film directed by Greta Gerwig. The album also has songs by Lizzo, Dua Lipa, Sam Smith, and other artists.

The overall soundtrack made its debut at number one on the Billboard 200 albums list and number one on the Soundtrack chart when it was first released.

The moment in which Ryan Gosling’s character, Ken, sings the song about having second place to Margot Robbie’s character, Barbie, both in their world and in the real world is an important one in the movie. During the main performance, Ken will sing while demonstrating the numerous facets of his personality that he feels set him apart from just being known as Ken.

Gosling acknowledged that he was having problems channeling his Kenergy while playing Barbies with his and Eva Mendes’ kids, Amada, 7, and Esmerelda, 8. While he took the Kenergy to the charts and the big screen, Gosling said that he was having trouble channeling it.

“I am unsure as to whether or not I am any good at it. Gosling revealed to ET that he was unsure how to become proficient at the activity. “Like Ken, I’m not exactly sure what my role is in the game,” she said. “I’m not sure exactly what my place is in the game.”

One item, however, he was certain of was a piece of his character’s costume that he may or might not have brought home with him. He was unsure about this.
