Cruz is celebrating his 18th birthday today, and his father David Beckham is there to help him celebrate.
Victoria Beckham posted a photo to her Instagram story on Monday showing her husband, David Beckham, 47, sitting in a pub with their youngest son while David enjoyed his first legal beer in the United Kingdom. In the United Kingdom, you must be 18 years old in order to be served alcohol by a bartender.
“18 today!!!!!! At Long Last!!!!!!!!! “The former member of Spice Girls, who is now 48 years old, commented on top of the picture.
In addition, Cruz shared on Instagram a picture commemorating his first beer, in which he can be seen wearing a New York Knicks hat and sipping a beer with his father and older brother Romeo, who is twenty years old. Romeo is Cruz’s older brother.
Cruz stated in the photo’s caption, “Feels nice to be 18,” expressing how good it feels to be 18.
The birthday photos were uploaded only two days after David and Victoria revealed photographs on Instagram of them enjoying a ski holiday with Cruz and Harper, who is 11 years old.
The four were all smiling as they posed for photos in their ski gear on the lift, and the former soccer professional shared a video of Harper expertly maneuvering the slopes with the other three.
The happy parents celebrated Cruz’s birthday on Monday by uploading a slideshow of images of him over the years, which was synced to Beyoncé’s “Love On Top.”
David wished his son Cruzie a happy 18th birthday with the following message: “Happy 18th Birthday to our baby boy to the most fantastic child with the most incredible energy and the largest heart x we are so proud of you and we love you so much Cruzie.”
Victoria, who is 48 years old, wished her son, Cruzie, a happy birthday at the same moment she posted the video and captioned it with the words “Happy Birthday Cruzie!! Everyone here loves you so much, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the great young man you’ve grown up to be. You are the center of our universe. Happy 18th birthday, you rockstar!
In an interview that she gave to Vogue Australia during the summer of 2016, Victoria discussed some of her concerns over the maturation of her children, notably her daughter Harper. She was concerned about how the trend of body shaming that had emerged on social media may affect Harper and expressed her reservations about the topic.
“Because Harper does not use social media, there is no need for us to be concerned about this just now. The fact that individuals can be so vicious, though, is something that does [truly disturb me]; “she had stated those words at the time.
According to Victoria stated, Harper is “at an age where her body is going to start changing, but the most important thing is that we stay in close communication as a family and that she maintains positive relationships with the people she hangs out with. I won’t sugarcoat it; yet, it is really unsettling.”
