Hope For Paws received a phone call about an abandoned cat who was unable to move. The cat had been laying there since the previous day pleading for assistance in the form of meowing.

He was beyond help and needed emergency care, and it’s hard to fathom how somebody could have done anything like this to such a helpless animal…
