A unfortunate dog was found in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, having been mistreated by being beaten and given a green paint job.

The fumes from the green paint made the stray ill and disoriented; worse, he was without food and had no one to care after him.

Fortunately, Shazreen Othuman saw him and made the decision to save the puppies by intervening on their behalf.

Othuman brought attention to the predicament of the sorrowful dog by posting about it on various social media platforms.

He had high hopes that if news got out about the horrible treatment he’d experienced, someone would step in and provide him the assistance he needed. He hoped that someone would hear about it.

The news of the stray provoked a lot of strong feelings among internet users, and local animal rights advocates were outraged by it.

The dog was saved and removed from the streets, where he was taken care of by a volunteer who gave him a bath and scrubbed off the paint on his fur.

It was a stroke of good fortune that the dog did not perish as a result of the paint fumes since they may have been lethal.

The perpetrators of this heinous act might potentially face a jail sentence of up to three years if they are ever discovered and detained, but they have not yet been found.

It is just a matter of time until these individuals are held accountable for the atrocities they have committed.

We would like to express our gratitude and happiness that the puppy was given the help he needs, and we are relieved to learn that there are individuals who are ready to support animals who are in need.
