The Henson family was having a wonderful time on their vacation in Las Vegas when they were in for a big surprise. They were three days into their vacation when they received a notification from their security camera app informing them that someone was ringing their doorbell. It turned out that someone was their dog.

They were taken aback by it. It was expected that their dog, Dexter, would be present at the kennel or doggy daycare that he was staying at for the week. In spite of the daycare having a fence that was 6 feet tall and it being a travel of 2 miles to get to the family’s front door, the sly dog had discovered a way to get out and make his way home!

Fortunately, Dexter’s dad was able to calm him down by chatting to him via the Ring app, and as a result, the dog remained where he was supposed to be until a daycare worker came to get him.

Although Dad adds that Dexter’s intellect may get him into trouble at times, we are definitely relieved that the dog was clever enough to communicate with his family and let them know where he was!
