In the middle of the night, two kind strangers came upon a small, destitute kitten on the side of a road. The kitten was abandoned on the side of the road, with no sign of life in its eyes. Upon his discovery, he was curled up on the ground, his body covered with bugs and ants. They were convinced that this small kitten was dead until they noticed a twitch of a leg that gave them hope.

They recognized that there was some hope when they noticed him twitch a little. They took him up and determined that they would try to get him some assistance. They transported the kitty to an animal hospital so that he could receive the care he need. The veterinarian cleaned him up and administered medication for his eye infection, as well as milk. He was quite hungry, so they fed him and assisted him in obtaining the nutrition he need.

They gave him the name Alden! He’s doing well and has a good appetite, which is encouraging. Now he’s happy and healthy, and he’s been adopted by a wonderful family! The fact that they were able to save the poor dying kitten makes me very happy.
