Raising pets entails treating them as if they were members of your family, if not more. I’m still baffled as to why some dog owners leave their animals without compassion!

A Good Samaritan discovered the dog snoozing inside his dog bed on the side of the road. Snoop was brought to the vet, who contacted the RSPCA, who found him a new home.
