Eldad Hagar of Hope For Paws was called when volunteers from LA on Cloud 9 spotted a dog in the Los Angeles River and requested help from him.
According to eyewitnesses, the tiny puppy had been beaten and thrown 30 feet into the canal after being beaten.
In order to meet him, Eldad had to descend a ladder, which he had been climbing for the last two days.
Eldad, on the other hand, had no idea what he was getting himself into when he arrived.
As Eldad raised the small dog, I screamed and he was in so much pain that he couldn’t endure being handled.
His foot was cut.
