A K9 police dog squad is well-known for its work in the battle against poachers and the protection of wildlife. The dogs are taught to pursue and bark at hunters from the time they are little children. Because of their greater speed than a person, they are able to conserve around 68 percent of the parks.

The team is mostly based in South Africa, where the clever dogs have spared more than 45 rhinos from being hunted since its establishment. Because 80 percent of these animals are found in South Africa, poachers attempt to kill them much more often. Because of this, the dogs’ contribution to the overall success of the operation is critical.

The bright and sensitive canines are being carefully educated to operate as operatives and perform their duties flawlessly in their new roles.
