This abandoned tiny cat called Ugly was discovered roaming the streets, and every time someone spotted him, they shied away from him since he seemed to be ill and unattractive to look at. One guy felt pity on the unfortunate creature and professed his love for Ugly before taking Ugly into his arms.
The kitten that was dubbed “ugly” enjoyed nothing more than eating, fighting, and falling in love. Mr. Ugly lived his whole life outdoors, and his vibrant existence took more than its toll on him. To begin with, he only had one eye, and where the other should have been, there was a huge hole in his forehead.
He’s also missing an ear on the same side, and his left foot seems to have been amputated at some point in the past as well. Furthermore, he had healed at an odd angle, giving the impression that he was constantly rounding the corner. After years of jerking and twisting, his tail was finally gone, leaving a little stub on which he could be seen standing.
Everyone who saw Ugly had the same response every time they saw him. That is one ugly cat, to say the least! All the children were warned not to touch him, the adults ᴛʜʀᴇᴡ ʀᴏᴄᴋs at him, hosed him down, squirted him when he tried to come into their homes, or shut his paws in the door when he would not leave.
The kitten, on the other hand, never attempted to defend itself. He did nothing except stand there and gaze about at everyone with his small pupil. It was common for him to curl up on people’s shoes and beg to be petted.
Whenever he saw children, he would go up to them, meowing wildly and bumping his head against their hands, pleading for their affection and affection. As soon as you lifted him up, he started sucking on your shirt, or your ears, or anything he could get his hands on.
One day, Ugly decided to show his affection to the neighbor’s huskies. They did not treat Ugly well, and he was severely mauled as a result. I could hear his cries from my apartment, and I attempted to go to him as quickly as I could.
Ugly’s unhappy existence had come to an end by the time I arrived at the location where he was lying down.
When I first saw Ugly, I felt he was the most beautiful and loving creature I had ever seen in my life. While in so much suffering and with so many scars, the battle-scarred cat was just asking for one thing: a tiny amount of love and attention. He never once attempted to bite or scratch me, nor did he attempt to flee from me.
Ugly just gazed up at me, as though he trusted me to heal his suffering. Ugly passed away in my arms before I could bring him inside but I sat there and held him for a long time.
