SOLLOS Yerba Mate, a beverage company backed by Barron Trump and founded alongside a group of friends from South Florida aged 19 to 23, has officially introduced its first product to the market.

The company’s debut offering is a Pineapple + Coconut flavored yerba mate sold in 12-packs for $39. Made with organic Brazilian yerba mate, the drink combines tropical fruit flavors and is sweetened using cane sugar, raw honey, and monk fruit extract. Each can contains 50 calories and 120 milligrams of naturally occurring caffeine.

According to SOLLOS, the product was designed to reflect Florida’s active, outdoor lifestyle. The company says the idea originated in a cabana with the goal of creating a beverage that fits naturally into life in the Sunshine State.

The brand positions itself as a response to Florida’s sun-centered culture, emphasizing clean ingredients, functionality, and taste. SOLLOS claims there has been a lack of beverages that successfully combine those qualities for consumers in the region.

The drink is marketed as versatile enough to enjoy after activities such as surfing or during sports like tennis, while maintaining an emphasis on organic ingredients. Rather than introducing multiple varieties at launch, the company chose to focus entirely on perfecting a single flavor.

“Many brands release several flavors and hope customers connect with one,” the team explained. “We dedicated our efforts to refining one flavor until it met our standards.”

Prior to the launch, SOLLOS shared the story behind its name on LinkedIn. The company noted that “SOL” refers to the sun and symbolizes the beginning of the day, while “LOS”—the reverse spelling of “Sol”—represents sunset and the day’s end. Together, the name reflects the complete daily cycle of the sun and the concept that “it begins where it ends.”
