An allegation has been made that Priscilla Presley took advantage of her own daughter’s health problem in order to take control of the Elvis Presley Estate. The allegation states that Priscilla supposedly removed Lisa Marie’s life support after her heart stopped beating, however Priscilla has categorically denied the allegations.
“Priscilla pulled the plug within hours of Lisa being admitted” in January 2023, after she had a cardiac attack, according to the charges that are made in the lawsuit that is being filed against Elvis’ ex-wife by her former business partners. The case is for fifty million dollars, and it contains severe allegations.
In the documents that were acquired by TMZ, the lawsuit claims that Priscilla made that unfortunate choice before Lisa Marie’s daughter, Riley Keough, was able to arrive at the hospital. Furthermore, this occurred despite the fact that Lisa Marie had signed a directive to “prolong her life.”
According to the lawsuit that was submitted by Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko, Priscilla believed that the passing of Lisa Marie would effectively put an end to her daughter’s attempts to remove Priscilla from her position as the only trustee of Lisa’s irrevocable life insurance trust. Allegations have been made that Priscilla sought to exert control over the trust and, eventually, Graceland.
Let’s not forget this… “Priscilla ignored the warning signs despite being only a short drive from the world-renowned Cedars-Sinai Medical Center,” the complaint states, despite the fact that Lisa was clearly unwell and complained to Priscilla about her health the day that they attended the Golden Globes together in 2023.
Instead, the lawsuit states that Priscilla “clasped to the spotlight, going out to the Chateau Marmont for drinks with Lisa, and then sent Lisa on a long drive to her Calabasas home.” A little more than twenty-four hours later, Lisa Marie experienced a heart attack.
The documents include allegations made by Kruse and Fialko that Priscilla made an exclamation the next week, before to the burial of Lisa Marie. “I’m the queen. I’m in charge of Graceland.”
TMZ has been informed by Priscilla’s attorney, Marty Singer, that… According to the claims, these are “fabricated, malicious lies.”
It was TMZ that told the tale… Priscilla challenged a modification to Lisa Marie’s trust, which removed both Priscilla and Barry Siegel, Lisa’s previous business manager, from their positions as trustees. As a result, Riley became the only trustee of the trust. This led to a trust war that broke out after Lisa Marie passed away.
According to what we have learned, Riley paid Priscilla millions of dollars to withdraw that court action… Furthermore, Riley is now in control of Lisa Marie’s estate, and she is also a significant owner of the Graceland Estate, which belonged to Elvis Presley.
