According to TMZ, Halle Bailey has decided that she has had enough of DDG reportedly beating her. She has filed a complaint with the police, and she is now seeking protection from the father of her kid via a court order.

Halle alleges that DDG came over to pick up their son, Halo, and she attempted to initiate a conversation with the rapper about a child visitation plan. The accusation is made in documents that were filed on Tuesday in Los Angeles. She claims that the first time they got physical was in January, and that they broke up back in October.

During the time that she was putting Halo in the car seat, she claimed that DDG became upset and continuously yelled, “Get out of my car, BITCH.” According to Halle, the infant was wailing, and she saw that she was becoming anxious about DDG leaving with him in such a tense situation.

It was at that point that they reportedly began grappling, with DDG allegedly ripping her hair, smashing her face on his driving wheel, and chipping her teeth.

Halle claims that she was in extreme agony and sobbing, and despite the fact that this brought an end to the fight, she continued to be concerned about Halo. As a result, she stayed in the vehicle during the journey to DDG’s home, where she informed his family about what had transpired.

After they assured her that they would take care of the baby, she departed “hysterical” and with bruises on her arms, in addition to the chipped tooth she had. As part of her petition for a restraining order, she sent photographs of the injuries she claimed to have had.

She also claims that DDG made her feel uneasy in March, when he showed up at her house, entered without her permission, went to her bedroom, and sent her a picture of Halle’s empty bed along with the text, “now I know what you been on lol.” She claims that this was enough to make her feel uneasy.

The communication, according to Halle, was understood by her as DDG accusing her of having sexual relations with other individuals.

After a period of four days, she asserts that he really burst when he eventually returned to her residence. She alleges that when she informed him that she and the baby were unwell and that she did not want Halo to leave the house, he became extremely abusive, shattered her Ring camera, and then ran away with Halle’s phone. Halle said that she did not want Halo to leave the house.

During the time that he was driving away, she asserts that DDG shoved the phone out of his window and shouted at her, “GO GET IT, BITCH.” During the course of the encounter, Halle went to the police station to make a complaint, and she claims that she also has Ring video to support her account of the events.

Additionally, it was during this time that DDG said on X that he had “been fighting to see” Halo for a number of months.

Halle, on the other hand, claims that she was on vacation with Halo and her sister in St. Lucia only the previous weekend. This was the last straw for their relationship. According to her, DDG sent her a text message with links to social media postings in which he insisted that she was on the island with the musician Brent Faiyaz.

A response from Halle was, “not with any man out here.” Given that I have a halo, I would never do it. I ask that you kindly allow me to have a peaceful mother’s day. I hope everything is OK with you and that you start to feel better very soon.

In addition to granting Halle permission to take her almost 18-month-old daughter Halo to Italy, where she will be shooting a movie for two months, the court issued her a domestic violence restraining order, which required DDG to maintain a distance of one hundred yards.

Furthermore, DDG is required to refrain from publishing or streaming anything that pertains to her and their kid. Halle claims that her former partner has been inciting a frenzy among his followers by demeaning her during live broadcasts.

We attempted to get in touch with DDG’s team, but we have not received a response as of yet.
