The revered Hollywood classic, who is best remembered for her iconic appearances in The Addams Family and The Witches, has been praised for her composure, strength, and unwavering presence for a very long time. Now, she is disclosing the reality that caused her to remain silent, as well as how it altered the course of her life irrevocably.
For all of these years, she managed to keep it a secret. PEOPLE had an exclusive conversation with the 73-year-old actress, during which she said that she was diagnosed with cancer not long after the release of John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum in 2019.
