The victim claims that the suspect subsequently informed her stepson that his penis “looked like his father’s… with younger skin” and that she gave him a “sexual rating of seven out of ten” after the occurrence in question. The suspect is accused of telling her stepson how “horny” she was.
The nursing license of a lady from Florida was withdrawn this week after she was arrested in 2024 and suspected of having sexual relations with her stepson, who was 15 years old at the time and was visiting that state for the summer.
Alexis Von Yates, who was 35 years old at the time, was taken into custody in November 2024 for an event that allegedly occurred in July of the same year. It was reported that the Florida Department of Health issued an immediate suspension order on her license on Friday. The DOH said that nurses are put in a position of trust, and they are responsible for maintaining that trust. As a result, it is of the utmost importance that they exhibit sound judgment and a moral character.
“Ms. Yates’ decision to engage in sexual activity with a minor child and/or her decision to allow a child to engage her in oral and penetrative sex indicates that she lacks the good judgment and moral character necessary to be a registered nurse,” according to Law&Crime, the department of nursing.
According to reports, Yates entered a plea of not guilty to the accusation of sexual violence perpetrated against a minor between the ages of 12 and 18 in December.
Yates’ arrest document, which was also obtained by Law&Crime, states that the authorities had a conversation with the adolescent at a child advocate center in August of 2024. This was purportedly in response to an anonymous tip that said “the child victim’s father had walked-in on the incident.”
In an interview that was documented in the documents, he said that the alleged event took place one month earlier, while the adolescent victim was in Florida to spend the summer with his father.
He said that he and his stepmother split a THC vape and started playing video games at about 11 o’clock at night. After that, they watched “Terrifier 2.” These activities took place while his father was working late late. Following his declaration that he was bored, he said that the two individuals then started talking about “how ‘horny’ the suspect was.” After claiming that she had been making “sexual jokes” and had been “continuously saying how ‘horny’ she was” in the weeks preceding up to the night in question, the adolescent said that he started playing with her hair and then asked if she wanted to “cuddle.” This decision was made after he claimed that she had been making “sexual jokes.”
One of the jokes that he recalled was about her supposedly stating, “I bet everyone thought you were my little boy toy” after they had gone to the gym together. According to him, she also made a joke about his viewing episodes of “step-mom pornos.”
He said that she “began to moan” when he lay on top of her, and he made the statement, “Ah man, I wish you were 18, because you’re not old enough.” As the situation continued to worsen, he became more frustrated. In addition to this, he said that she uttered the words “This is so bad” as he was engaging in oral sex with her, prior to the latter engaging in penetrative intercourse.
It was in the garage that they heard something, but they continued on their way. Unexpectedly, the door started to open and close. Directly in front of the sofa is where you will find the front entrance. In the affidavit, it is said that the kid victim remembers rushing to the toilet with his trousers about his ankles as his father entered the house. He saw his wife without a bra on and with a blanket covering the bottom part of her body.
“The child victim’s father saw the child victim running to the bathroom and yelled, ‘What the f–k is going on?’ as he threw things,” according to the official documents.
The teenager said that he then overheard her father shouting at the suspect, and that she told his father that she was sorry, stating that the child victim looked like his father when he was younger. These statements were made by the teenager.
The teenager said that he received a phone call from the suspect the next morning after his father had escorted him to the residence of his grandpa. During their conversation, he said that she expressed her desire that “his father had not of caught them.” She also reportedly stated that his penis “looked like his father’s penis with younger skin” and that she gave him a “sexual rating of seven out of ten.”
November was the month when she was taken into custody, and in December, her counsel submitted a plea of not guilty on her behalf.
