In an effort to capitalize on the widespread attention that his explanation of his sudden departure from “Saturday Night Live” has received, Morgan Wallen is selling merchandise that features his new catchphrase.

The country music superstar has added a number of new items to his official web shop, including a selection of shirts and caps that include the words “Get Me to God’s Country.”

Morgan has slapped the statement on a white t-shirt as well as a number of different trucker caps, and he is selling all of them for $45 each. Hey, nobody ever claimed that the land of God was inexpensive.

Morgan, of course, created a commotion over the weekend when he made a beeline for the exit during the outro on Saturday Night Live. He exited the stage in a rush as the rest of the cast embraced each other.

In the next moment, Morgan shared a tale on Instagram that featured a private plane and included the message “Get Me to God’s Country.”

In spite of the tumultuous leaving, our sources have informed us that NBC does not harbor any resentment against Morgan and would want to have him back on the program at some point in the future.

As this is going on, a great number of people are having a good time with the ‘God’s nation’ remark, including one writer for Saturday Night Live and now Morgan himself.
