As he was dropping off his girlfriend, who was underage, her family came up to his vehicle. The altercation that followed resulted in the loss of the girl’s sister, who was pregnant and 16 years old, and her baby was in serious condition.

An event that occurred this week in Riverside, California, has resulted in the loss lof a 16-year-old and the arrest of a 19-year-old.

Isaac Blackhorse Garcia, a resident of Moreno Valley, was arrested on accusations of murder, hit-and-run resulting in loss, and illegal intercourse with a minor, according to the Riverside Police Department.

According to authorities, Garcia, who is 19 years old, was dropping off an adolescent girl at her family’s house shortly before midnight on Sunday. The girl’s family informed KTLA that she was just 15 years old. According to the authorities, Garcia “sped away” after dropping the sister off at home and hitting the girl’s pregnant sister with his automobile. Family members approached his vehicle at that time.

According to the police, “When they arrived, the officers found a pregnant woman who had been hit by a car that drove away.” She was taken to a nearby hospital after suffering serious injuries, but she passed there later on. The medical personnel delivered her kid, who is still in serious condition.

The girl was 16 years old when she passed away, according to her family members. A GoFundMe page states that she was just two weeks away from delivering birth at the time of her loss. Both the family of the victim and the family of the baby’s father have set up GoFundMe accounts that state the infant, who has been called Elena, is “fighting for her life.”

The cops subsequently found Garcia and arrested him.

According to a statement from the police, “investigators determined that the suspect, 19-year-old Isaac Blackhorse Garcia of Moreno Valley, had been in a sexual relationship with the victim’s teenage sister” and think “there may be other minors with whom [Garcia] contacted and sexually abused.”

He is being jailed without bail and is scheduled to appear in court on April 14.
