4:10 p.m., Pacific Time — “Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone or engaged in sex trafficking,” the lawyers for Diddy wrote in a statement that was sent to TMZ. Ms. Grayson has admitted that she does not remember the events that are included in her complaint, that she is unaware of the individuals who are allegedly involved, and that she has never had a conversation with Mr. Combs. All of her accusations against him are completely fabricated. On previous occasions, we have said that Mr. Combs is unable to reply to every bogus litigation and money grab that is led by lawyers. He is confident in the court system, which will have the ability to distinguish between factual statements and opportunistic fabrications such as these.

Another sexual assault complaint has been filed against Diddy, and this time the victim has submitted photographs from the party where she is said to have been assaulted.

LaTroya Grayson, a woman from Oklahoma, has filed a complaint against Diddy, Bad Boy Records, and a number of other organizations in connection with an event that occurred in 2006. She alleges that she attended to a party hosted by Puff Daddy and was drugged and sexually assaulted there.

The following is the deal: according to the complaint, Grayson’s sister won a radio contest that was held via KJAMZ, which is a local radio station in Oklahoma. The prize package consisted of a hotel room in New York City, two tickets to attend Diddy’s “White Party” in New York City, and round-trip travel for the winner and a friend.

Grayson claims that she and her sister traveled to New York in order to transport her from Tulsa to New York on October 16, 2006, and then returned to Tulsa on October 17, 2006. She included in the lawsuit a photograph of the purported invitation to the party as well as photographs of her Delta flight tickets.

She also included a photograph of a bill that was paid for by Atlantic Records and was taken from the Roger Smith Hotel, which is a posh establishment located in Manhattan.

Grayson claims that she and her brother went to the party, which was later renamed a “Black Party,” but that they were separated as they entered the party. Grayson was the one who entered, while her sibling was left outside.

Grayson claims that servers walked throughout the room with prepackaged cocktails, and after she had just two of them, she started to feel unwell and went to the toilet. Grayson alleges that this happened after she had only two drinks.

Grayson claims that she does not remember the rest of the night and that she woke up in Saint Vincent’s Medical Center instead of somewhere else. It was a shredded shirt, she did not have any panties on, and the most of her money was gone when she woke up, according to her.

Not only does Grayson never describe actually seeing or conversing with Diddy at the event, but she also does not remember anything about the attack that she claims occurred. As a result, she is unable to declare with absolute confidence who is responsible for the alleged sexual assault that she experienced.

After that, she traveled back to Oklahoma, where she claims she got a call from an unknown woman. She alleges that the woman advised her not to take legal action against Diddy because he was a “celebrity” and in doing so, she would be “wasting her time.”

According to the complaint that was submitted by Grayson’s attorney, Ariel Mitchell, she made the decision not to disclose the rape at the time because she was afraid and confused about what was happening.

You are aware that Diddy is now being held in custody in the Metropolitan District Court in Brooklyn, where he is awaiting trial for racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation to participate in prostitution cases.

Despite our efforts, we have not received a response from Diddy’s legal team as of yet. We were unable to get in touch with the radio station KJAMZ (KJMM). Despite our efforts, we have not received a response from Delta Air Lines as of yet.
