Gaietan At long last, Rose Blanchard is putting her previous marriage in the past… it seems that she and Ryan Anderson have come to an agreement over the terms of their divorce.
To the best of the court clerk’s knowledge, a judge has not yet given their approval to it.
The attorney for Ryan, Jeffrey Carrier, recently told TMZ that his client missed the court hearing in order to save money on the expensive legal expenses.
Jeffrey elucidated them for us. As a result of the fact that Ryan and Gypsy had been living apart for a period of six months, they decided to go forward with a fresh cause of action and ultimately settled their divorce peacefully. The process was sped up as a result, and they were able to complete it before the initial deadline of January 2025.
In addition, he said that they had signed the divorce decision prior to today, and Ryan had also signed an affidavit that confirmed the purported dates involved. The exes have already reached an agreement that there would be no spousal maintenance, but the distribution of communal property is still up for discussion. The marriage took place in a short amount of time, but there are still several contracts that are out of the question.
Gypsy Rose filed for divorce from Ryan in July 2022, while she was still serving time in prison for the part she played in the loss of her mother, Clauddine “Dee Dee” Blanchard. This latest update comes eight months after Gypsy Rose filed for divorce from Ryan.
However, three months after her release from jail, the couple went their separate ways, and soon thereafter, Gypsy Rose rekindled her relationship with her ex-fiancé Ken Urker.
As was previously revealed by TMZ, Gypsy Rose and Ryan were experiencing difficulties prior to their split. During this time, the couple had in a violent argument about RA’s habit of stockpiling food.
The episode “Gypsy Rose: Life After Lock Up” also included a number of arguments between Gypsy Rose and Ryan, with the latter’s relationship with Ken being a source of contention for the former.
Having moved on with Ken, Gypsy Rose is now expecting their first child together in January of 2025. The couple has moved on with their relationship.
Almost immediately after Gypsy made the announcement that she was expecting a child, there was a lot of speculation that Ryan may possibly be the father of her unborn child. However, the reality star posted images of a paternity test that confirmed Ken was the father of her child late last month.
Now that she is no longer bound to Ryan, Gypsy Rose is able to leave this chapter of her life in the past where it belongs.
