After a year has passed after his huge health crisis, Jamie Foxx is doing perfectly good that he is walking about purposely with his daughter Corinne and sending her off at the altar.
The actor wore a traditional tuxedo for the occasion, and he seemed to be overjoyed as he made his way down the aisle in photographs that have since been removed from Instagram. These photographs were uploaded by actress Garcelle Beauvais on Sunday.
During the ceremony, Corinne donned a white dress with a floral design and said “I do” to her boyfriend Joe Hooten. She seemed to be overjoyed in photographs that were shot shortly after the wedding was over.
Corinne is looking forward to this occasion, and we can’t help but believe that Jamie is feeling emotional as well, given that his daughter just got married and that he has been experiencing some health issues over the last year.
Remember that Jamie was taken to the hospital in an emergency situation in April of 2023… and despite the fact that he has not completely disclosed the nature of the medical problem, he has communicated the severity of the situation. According to Foxx, his condition deteriorated to the point that he came dangerously close to passing away the previous year.
In his next one-man show, which is going to be called “One More Chance: An Evening with Jamie Foxx,” he has promised to reveal all there is to know about his health. In the following month, he will be performing the program for a total of three nights.
At this point in time, however, it seems that he is quite content with spending time with his daughter, and he is surely feeling well enough to give her away on his own.
