Reports from TMZ indicate that Chad McQueen, who was most known for his role as Dutch in the ‘Karate Kid’ film trilogy, has passed away.

After a protracted battle with organ failure, Chad passed away on Wednesday at his property in Palm Desert, California, according to Arthur Barens, who had been Chad’s attorney for many years.

We have been informed that he had an accident a few years ago, which finally resulted in the failure of his organs and ultimately led to his loss.

During the time of his passing, Chad was surrounded by his children, his life partner, and his attorney.

The actress of 90210: Beverly Hills, who is 52 years old, said in an interview with SELF that was published on Thursday, September 12, that prior to the breakup of her relationship with Abrams in 2018, the pair had been undergoing in vitro fertilization (IVF) procedures that ultimately did not result in a pregnancy.

In an interview with the publication, the mother of three said, “[We] were trying to have a baby, and it kept failing.” In addition, it was really challenging for both of us on an individual level as well as for our partnership.

Chad McQueen, the only son of Steve McQueen, is most known for his part as Dutch in the film “The Karate Kid,” which was a huge success in 1984. He followed up the film with a sequel in 1986 called “The Karate Kid II.”

Chad is also well-known for his leading part in the film “Firepower,” which was released in 1993.

“Chad did not repeat his part as the ‘Karate Kid’ for the last season of “Cobra Kai,” according to his lawyer, who spoke to TMZ.

Chad was a professional racer outside of the entertainment industry. He competed in a variety of racing events, such as the Baja 1000 and Motocross, among others. It was only until he was 12 years old that he was able to win the World Mini Grand Prix.

During the time when Steve was shooting the racing movie “Le Mans” in 1971, Chad would famously ride on his father’s lap while driving a Porsche 917, which was capable of reaching speeds of up to 100 miles per hour!!!
