An NFL football player named Michael served as the inspiration for the movie “The Blind Side.”

It has been said by him that he is going to file a lawsuit against Sean and Leigh Anne, the people who took him in, accusing them of making money off of his story.

Oher has filed a petition with a court in Tennessee, claiming that his adoption, which is a central aspect of the movie, was a hoax that was “concocted by the family to enrich themselves at his expense.”

In the film that was released in 2006, Quinton Aaron portrayed the role of Michael, who was shown during the film as dealing with homelessness and entering and exiting the school system.

Sandra Bullock was chosen to play the role of Leigh Anne Tuohy, a fiery mother who takes in Michael and provides him with a chance that he would not have had otherwise.

It is Leigh. Finally, Anne and Sean (played by Tim McGraw) take on the role of the athlete’s legal guardians, and he goes on to achieve success in the National Football League and even the Super Bowl.

Now, Michael is claiming that Sean and Leigh Anne’s adoption never took place and that they “tricked him” into signing a paper declaring them as his conservators. He is said to have been tricked into signing the form.

The Tuohys and their two biological children were allegedly given a total of $225,000 in addition to a percentage of the film’s “specified net earnings,” as stated in the lawsuit.

According to ESPN on Monday (August 14), despite the fact that the story “would not have existed without him,” Oher did not get any compensation for his work in the Hollywood picture that won an Academy Award. The film made more than $300 million at the box office.

On the other side, Sean Tuohy has come out with a furious response to the legal charges that Michael has made.

According to what he said to The Daily Memphian, he never deceived Oher, and the family did not gain a significant amount of money from his claim.

According to his explanation, “We contacted lawyers who informed us that we were unable to adopt children who were older than 18 years old; the only option available to us was to have a conservatorship.”

After ensuring that everything was in order, we made certain that the biological mother appeared in court. We were very worried about the situation.

Sean went on to say that the movie did not generate any profits for the company. Michael Lewis, the author of “The Blind Side,” made an offer to us to give us fifty percent of his share.

Michael, along with the rest of the family members, was given an equal portion of the inheritance. It was around $14,000 for each individual.

One of Tuohy’s statements was that it is a horrible thing to think that someone would want to make money off of youngsters.

In his comment, he said, “There is no question that the allegations are completely insulting.” But, let’s face it, the world we live in is a weird one.

“You are required to reside in it. It is very clear that everyone is miserable.
