Since then, she has started working with an educator who specializes in womb and menstrual cycle awareness. She states that this educator has assisted her in “understanding her body” better.

After experiencing mental health issues that left her feeling “awful and depressed,” the woman, who is now 33 years old, has said that she “used to feel horrendous before her period” and has begged with her physicians to prescribe her medicine in order to “level her out.”

Helen is going to talk about how she had believed that the medicine would “fix her,” but instead it made her feel “absolutely terrible.” This is going to be discussed in a forthcoming interview on the Full of Grace Podcast. In a portion of the podcast that will be made available to the public on Friday (June 7), Helen can be heard stating, “I just, I couldn’t cope, I just felt so awful, and I would feel so depressed.”

“[I would go to] the doctors and be like ”I honestly feel so horrendous mentally before my period, I need to take something to level me out.” She continued by saying: “I thought it was gonna kind of like fix me but it actually made me feel absolutely terrible.”
