There is going to be an additional member added to Mandy Moore’s family!

Following the announcement that she is having her third child with her husband Taylor Goldsmith, the actress from Tangled, who is 40 years old, shared the news on her Instagram account.

Her two kids, Augustus “Gus,” who is three years old, and Oscar “Ozzie,” who is nineteen months old, were dressed in white T-shirts and were holding hands in a picture that she posted on her Instagram account. The word “Big” was written on Gus’s, while Ozzie’s read “Middle.”

There are moments when life imitates art. We will shortly be releasing the third of our very own Big Three. Can’t wait for these two boys to have a younger sibling to play with. 💓💓💓,” writes Moore in the description of her photo.

During the month of October, Moore gave an interview to PEOPLE in which she discussed her family of four, including information about their holiday customs and the transfer of her oldest son to preschool.

She expressed her excitement by saying, “I think we’re excited to figure out what those traditions are going to be,” at the moment. “Honestly, [Ozzie] was so tiny last year, and we were here on the East Coast, which was fun in and of itself, to have that new experience.”

“But we’re going to move soon, and so I’m excited to settle in and put down roots and figure out what those traditions are going to be.”

“Gus just started preschool, and I feel like with all of that comes new community and new things that you do together with new friends and whatnot,” she said to me. “So I’m excited to just continue seeing where that leads us, and being home this year, I think, is going to be especially special.”

Moore said that “music is a big through line in our house, and playing music and singing holiday songs,” indicating that her father-in-law is also a musician. Moore was referring to the manner in which they celebrate memorable events together. “Music is a big part of our lives and always will be.”

Moore took her two boys to Disneyland in December 2018 so that they may meet two of her “close friends,” Rapunzel and Flynn Rider. Moore’s sons were able to meet both of these characters. In the comment she posted on Instagram, the actress, who played Rapunzel in Disney’s Tangled, mocked the event that she had just had.

“Gus isn’t interested in Tangled and really couldn’t care less that mom and Rapunzel are ‘close friends,'” she said with laughter.

The situation would be different if I had known Lightning McQueen. 🤷‍♀️ But that is not the case. I want to express my gratitude to Disney Parks for hosting us. You are always magical, but seeing the world through Gus’s eyes is a whole other experience.
