A trip down memory lane is exactly what Jesse Tyler Ferguson is doing right now.
“Haven’t seen this view in a while,” the actor, who is 48 years old, captioned a photo that he posted on his Instagram Stories on Thursday, May 23, showing the set of the television show Modern Family.
It was the home of Phil Dunphey, who was portrayed by Julie Bowen, and Claire Dunphey, who was played by Ty Burrell, as well as their three children, Haley Dunphey, who was played by Sarah Hyland, Luke Dunphey, who was played by Nolan Gould, and Alex Dunphey, who was played by Adrian Winter.
An attorney named Mitchell Pritchett, who is also Claire Dunphey’s brother, was the character that Ferguson portrayed.
Between the years 2009 and 2020, the television show Modern Family chronicled the lives of three families living in California as they navigated the challenges of life with their children, husbands, and careers.
While everything is going on, Ferguson’s most recent post comes after he got back together with cast mates Bowen and Aubrey Anderson-Emmons, who portrayed his character Mitchell’s sister and daughter, respectively, on the ABC comedy.

As part of the event, Ferguson took Bowen, who is 54 years old, to see Anderson-Emmons, who is 16 years old, participate in her school play.
My sister and I went to watch the youngster perform in the school musical, which was called The Theory of Relativity. “I am so proud of you,” the caption stated in the post that he made in March.
At the 2024 Screen Actors Guild Awards, the cast of Modern Family also got back together.
During the presentation of the Ensemble in a Comedy Award to the ensemble of FX’s The Bear, the cast members Bowen, Ed O’Neill, Sofía Vergara, Burrell, Eric Stonestreet, and Ferguson took the stage.
In November of last year, the cast got together for the very first time since the eleventh and final season of the show.
As they gathered for a group shot, the cast was seen laughing and smiling in images that were posted by Vergara, who portrayed Gloria Delgado-Pritchett, the wife of Jay Pritchett. Vergara was the co-star of the film.
Among the cast members that were there were Bowen, Sarah Hyland, Stonestreet, Ferguson, Winter, Rico Rodriguez, O’Neill, and Gould. Burrell, however, was unable to make it.
Even though Burrell was not there, his presence was acknowledged by his fellow cast members as they posed with a photograph of his character, Phil.
The members of Modern Family screamed over the microphone, “We miss you, Ty,” and added, “Love you, dad.”
The caption that Vergara used at the time said, “I am so fortunate to have worked with [these] individuals for eleven years❤️,” while another post included the same sentiment. “I love and miss u all guys!!! #modernfamily.”
While everything was going on, Ferguson also posted photographs of the reunion on his Instagram account, characterizing the occasion as “nearly” perfect.
In addition, he said that the showrunners included both of his fathers, Chris Lloyd and Steve Levitan, who were there.
