Once again, Van Jones is a father!
A representative for Jones has confirmed to People that the Emmy-Award-winning broadcast journalist, who is 55 years old, has given birth to his fourth child. Jones and his friend Noemi Zamacona, with whom he had a baby girl in 2022 as conscious co-parents, now have a second child together. This is their second child together.
What a wonderful God! Jones tells PEOPLE in a statement that “He blessed me and Noemi with kid #2 — a healthy, happy, and beautiful baby boy.” This year, the couple welcomed their second child. “It’s possible that our daughter loves him a little bit too much. She loves him,” As she embraces him, she kisses him like Woody Woodpecker, and he barely makes it through her embraces!
“Our modern family is thriving, blessings are flowing and we appreciate all the love and support,” he adds with his message.
The new baby boy that Jones has is said to have been created via the process of conscious co-parenting, according to a person associated with the issue.
Jones made the announcement that he had given birth to his first child, a girl, with Zamacona in February of 2022. With this announcement, he advocated for “conscious co-parenting.”
The COVID lockdown made it quite evident to me that I wanted to have another child. I was surprised to learn that my friend Noemi also desired to have a child. As a result, we came to the conclusion that we should work together and become conscientious co-parents,” he said PEOPLE in a statement. “This is a concept that I hope more people will investigate and think about,” she said.
“This month, we were blessed with the arrival of a female infant, whom we want to raise together as coparenting partners. To each of our families, this is a very significant moment. With gratitude, excitement, and a sense of being fortunate. As we work to provide this wonderful little soul with a secure and loving home, I humbly request that you accept my need for privacy. Jones continued by saying, “Thank you for all the love and support for me.”
Jones has become a father for the third time since he made the news. Together with his ex-wife Jana Carter, whom he married in 2005, he is also the father of two kids. In 2018, they made the announcement to PEOPLE that they were splitting up.
The exes issued a joint statement at the time, in which they said, “We will continue to raise our children together, run our businesses together, and support each other’s growth.” “There is no beef or drama — just evolution.”
