Blake Lively is featured in the first trailer for It Ends with Us, which is an emotional piece.

Less than three months before the film’s premiere in August, the first video from the film was released on Thursday, May 16th. The clip was set to the song “My Tears Ricochet,” which is taken from Taylor Swift’s album Folklore, which is scheduled to be released in 2020.

Lively portrays Lily Bloom, a woman who is starting her own company in Boston, in the film version of Colleen Hoover’s best-selling novel from 2016, which was released in 2016. Ryle Kincaid, a charming neurosurgeon, is played by Justin Baldoni, who also directed the film. Baldoni also stars in the film with her.

Lily finds herself engulfed in a passionate romance with Ryle immediately after their fortuitous encounter. Following that, a description hints that “as the two fall deeply in love, Lily begins to see sides of Ryle that remind her of her parents’ relationship” and the painful upbringing that she overcome.

The character of Atlas Corrigan, played by Brandon Sklenar, “suddenly reenters her life,” and “her relationship with Ryle is upended.” Lily’s first love came back into her life. As soon as possible, “Lily realizes she must learn to rely on her own strength to make an impossible choice for her future.”

Earlier, Lively, who is 36 years old, said to People that she hopes her affection for the role and the source material is evident in the film.

“Lily resonated with an enormous amount of people, as the success of the book made clear,” according to her statement. I consider it a privilege to assume the role of a figure who has made such a significant contribution to the world. I had a lot of affection for Lily, and I really hope that people who care about her as much as I do, as well as those who are coming to know her for the first time via this movie, also have the same feelings.

The director and costar, Baldoni, who is forty years old and has been working on the project for about five years, told People that the picture “really comes from the heart and from the depth of my soul.”

Jenny Slate plays Ryle’s sister Allysa, Hasan Minhaj plays Allysa’s husband Marshall, and Amy Morton plays Lily’s mother Jenny in the film It Ends with Us, which was written for the screen by Christy Hall. Additional members of the cast include those listed above. Young Lily and Atlas are portrayed by Isabela Ferrer and Alex Neustaedter, respectively.
You can see It Ends with Us in cinemas on August 9th.
