The chaotic airport royal brawl that Jim Jones caused resulted in a number of bumps and bruises, but it will not leave a mark on anyone’s criminal record. This is because no one involved is interested in filing charges, and the police are supporting Jim’s account of what happened.
The fact that the Dipset rapper got into a two-on-one fight on an escalator at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport was first reported by TMZ Hip Hop. The sight was reminiscent of a WWE battle that spilled out of the ring!!!
Jones reportedly informed detectives that the argument began when he rose up to gather his stuff from the first class overhead compartment as the aircraft was landing, but before it came to a full stop. This is according to the complaint that was filed by the police. James Dos Santos, a fellow passenger, allegedly confronted him and shoved him in the chest as a result of his actions.
Jim asserts that he grabbed Dos Santos’ arm, issued a severe warning to him, and Dos Santos almost immediately apologized for his actions.
Jim, however, reported to the police that another individual, Alexander Lekht, was also engaged in the incident by yelling at him from a separate seat. Despite the fact that deputies were reportedly dispatched to the gate, Jim chose not to report the event and instead went to the baggage claim area.
According to the report, Lekht continued to follow and provoke Jim, and he also made an effort to make him flinch by making a quick movement, but Jim did not respond to this.
The shenanigans continued when they got on the escalator; according to the report, Lekht made a “second jerk motion” at Jim, which prompted the Harlemite to seize and restrain Lekht until the deputies could arrive at the scene.
It is important to note that the video demonstrates that the detention did not take place until after Jim had already picked up Lekht and thrown him down the staircase.
During the altercation, Lekht is said to have had bleeding lacerations as a result of his head colliding with the escalator. Additionally, he was sent to the hospital for treatment.
Jim emerged from the situation with a purple bruise behind his right eye, and despite the fact that the video demonstrates that the other men were the ones who initiated everything, he was not interested in filing charges.
When JJ shared pictures of himself later out and about in Miami, he seemed to be completely unfazed by the situation.
On the day when he needed it the most, all of his hard work at the gym paid off!!!
