This week, GloRilla was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, and she was placed in a prison cell as a result. It seems that she had a wardrobe malfunction while all of this was going on. As TMZ has discovered.
The rapper was taken into custody and detained early on Tuesday morning in Gwinnett County, Georgia, on suspicion of driving under the influence, drinking or carrying an open alcoholic beverage container, and a separate traffic offense, as stated in a police record that was acquired by TMZ.
At around 6:12 AM Eastern Time, she was taken into custody and released on bail a few hours later. It was discovered by TMZ that one of her nicknames is Hallelujah, which is also her legal middle name. This information was found from her booking information.
At about four in the morning Eastern Time, law enforcement officers reportedly saw a car doing a U-turn at a traffic signal that was solid red. As a result, they decided to pull the vehicle over in order to determine what was going on.
The law enforcement officer who took the report says that he smelt marijuana and alcohol radiating from the vehicle. He also asserts that GloRilla informed him that she had been drinking that evening; however, he notes that she refused to disclose the amount of alcohol that she had ingested and claimed that she was safe to drive.
The police allege that they then gave GloRilla a field sobriety exam, which they believe she was unable to pass, particularly when it came to standing on her own. It would seem that they put her through a lot of stress by conducting tests such as the eye-follow test, the walk-and-turn test, the one-leg balancing test, the walk-in-a-straight-line test, and so on.
She is accused of bombing on almost all of them, according to the police. After what seemed like an eternity, they arrived at the breathalyzer, which the police claim she refused to comply to. During the course of this whole back and forth, the police officer claims that GloRilla’s breast slid out from beneath her garments, and he was required to inform her about it.
At the conclusion of the day, GloRilla was taken into custody, and according to the police, a friend of hers arrived to get her car.
The fact that GloRilla herself has not provided any evidence that she has been involved in legal issues is an intriguing matter.
