According to TMZ, Teyana Taylor is concerned that Iman Shumpert’s connection with a woman is having a detrimental affect on their children. In fact, she is so convinced that she wants an expert to be involved in the divorce process between the two of them.
Teyana has requested that the court allow her to bring a child psychologist to testify regarding an incident that she claims occurred a couple of weeks ago, while their children, Junie, who is 8 years old, and Rue, who is 3 years old, were living with their father. The papers that Teyana has gotten from the court have been acquired by TMZ.
A female friend and her kid were reportedly staying at the residence of the former NBA player during the parenting weekend that he was spending with Junie and Rue, as stated in the documents. During a FaceTime check-in with Junie and Rue, Teyana claims that she seen the lady’s daughter and heard the woman. This is the reason why she is aware of this information.
In addition to this, she asserts that the lady was at SkyZone later on with Iman and the children.
Teyana states that her eldest daughter was perplexed when she saw Iman and his guest sharing a bed. She also claims that Iman informed her that the “friend” was living with him since her house was “broken.”
In the documents, Teyana expresses her opinion that she believes Iman should not be displaying his affair during the little time he spends with his children. She makes the point that he only spends time with Junie and Rue on the first and third weekends of each month, in addition to a few Fridays.
Despite this, she is of the opinion that Iman is unaware of the impact that his actions are having on the children. This is the reason why she is requesting that a child psychologist provide their opinion on the matter to the court who is presiding over their divorce case.
In addition to the new charges, Teyana is also seeking the testimony of a financial expert since she claims that Iman has taken approximately $4 million out of multiple accounts that they share.
