Montana Jordan and Emily Osment are getting ready to present the next narrative that will take place in the world of The Big Bang Theory.
CBS made the announcement on Tuesday that the actors who played Georgie Cooper and Mandy McAllister in Young Sheldon would reprise their roles in a new spinoff series. The series will depict the actors as they raise their family in Texas “while navigating the challenges of adulthood, parenting, and marriage.”
The announcement of the spinoff series comes at a time that is roughly one month after the launch of the seventh and final season of Young Sheldon.
In addition to working on The Big Bang Theory and Young Sheldon, Chuck Lorre, Steven Molaro, and Steve Holland will be producing the project, which will be a comedy that will last for half an hour and use many cameras.
The universe of the Cooper family has always had a very particular place in our hearts, and this includes everything from The Big Bang Theory to Young Sheldon. The three individuals expressed their excitement in a joint statement, saying, “We are very excited to continue their stories through the eyes of Georgie and Mandy.”
On his Instagram account, Jordan posted a copy of the news along with the caption, “GET READY!!!! The Cooper family is still going strong. I would want to express my gratitude to you all for your support of Young Sheldon. I really hope that this new experience will allow me to provide you with exactly what you are seeking for!
Osment responded to the news by posting an article about it on Instagram, accompanied by a message in which she referred to Jordan as “the best fake husband a girl could ask for.”

Amy Reisenbach, who serves as the president of CBS Entertainment, referred to the next series as a continuation of a “wonderful journey.”
Having the opportunity to spend the last seven years with Sheldon and the Cooper family has been an honor, and now this amazing adventure will continue with Georgie and Mandy. The development of these characters has been accomplished by Chuck and both Steves, and they have entertained many generations of fans with tales that are both realistic and touching.
