On March 7th, the program will make its debut on Prime Video.
Get ready to dive into the inner workings of the sanctuary that Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood have created. Friends in Low Places is a new documentary series that follows the renowned country duo as they create their Nashville bar and honky-tonk. The film puts viewers inside the process of establishing their establishment.
On Thursday, March 7, the program will make its debut on Prime Video. It will chronicle the process of building a four-story bar on Lower Broadway in Music City that was formerly owned by Brooks and Yearwood. In order to make his goal and labor of love a reality, Brooks sought the assistance of his friends, his longstanding tour staff, and an all-star hospitality group, as stated in a press release about the project.
In addition to Brooks and Yearwood, the cast also includes Benjamin and Max Goldberg, who are entrepreneurs in the culinary and nightlife industries, as well as Jenny Deathride and Camille Tambunting, who are members of the Strategic Hospitality pairing.
“I had no idea that this would be so much more than I paid for! All things considered, what we have established is a great deal more than a simple commercial enterprise, as Brooks said in a statement. “This is by far, the craziest ride I have ever been on.”
“We started down this road fueled by passion, dedication, and a shared vision,” according to Yearwood. I have a lot of pride for the group of people that worked together to construct the Friends Bar and the Honky-Tonk. This is the pinnacle of everyone’s work, and we are thrilled to share it with you. It is much more impressive than we had imagined!
Back in the previous year, Brooks provided Entertainment Tonight with a tour of his Friends in Low Places Bar & Honky-Tonk.
“I’m sitting here walking in going, ‘Guys, what did we build here?’ ‘Cause it’s so much nicer than you know all the places that you started out in,” he said facetiously. “But it’s so much fun, man, and what I hope is it just feels welcoming.”
At this very moment, Brooks has released his fourteenth album, titled Time Traveler, and his whole discography is now accessible on Amazon Music.
