The former girlfriend of Tom Sandoval, Ariana Madix, is hoping that she will finally be able to move on from him.
The Vanderpump Rules star, who is 40 years old, expressed his desire for Madix, who is 38 years old, to “move on” and “leave me behind” during an appearance on The Viall Files podcast on Tuesday. This comes ten months after the controversy involving his adultery with their former co-star Rachel “Raquel” Leviss, which resulted in the breakup of his nine-year relationship with Madix.
Sandoval said, “I think her biggest thing is, like, stop, like, focusing on — don’t focus any energy on me,” in reference to the current situation between the two individuals. He went on to say, “Leave me behind.”
Nick Viall, the presenter, posed a challenge by saying, “That’s not really for you to say.”
In reaction, Sandoval, who was joined on the podcast by his friend and co-star Tom Schwartz, criticized Madix for being “a little spiteful” in her actions toward him. He also said that “it’s not a good look” across the board.
It is appropriate for her to be spiteful. In support of Madix, Viall, who is 43 years old, said that “when it comes to you.”
However, Sandoval continued to stress that his ex-girlfriend should go on with her life. “No, no, yes, and no. On the other hand, let it go after a period of ten months,” he said. “Do not hold back, do not stop doing you… Proceed with your life, keep moving, continue doing what you’re doing, forget about me, and keep going. To put it simply, that is not a nice appearance. Simply put, I want her to go on with her life. Is it clear to you what I mean?
In March of 2023, Sandoval and Madix’s relationship came to an end as a result of the revelation that he had been having an affair with Leviss, who was 29 years old. After production on the tenth season of the program had come to an end, the reveal of the affair became public knowledge, and Bravo cameras resumed their work to document the aftermath of the scandal.
After that, Leviss decided to check into a facility that specializes in mental health treatment, and he decided not to return to the series for the eleventh season, which debuted on Tuesday.
During the podcast, Sandoval also expressed his guilt over the way the whole drama unfolded, and he made a solemn pledge that he would never cheat on his future spouse in the same “way” that he did on Madix.
Following the consequences from Sandoval’s affair, Viall questioned Sandoval whether he believes he is “ready to protect somebody’s heart.” Sandoval responded by asking, “Am I ready to protect somebody’s heart?” Yes, without a doubt, I am….. I am at a loss for words save from the fact that I messed up… It makes no difference what the situation is; it is irrelevant overall. I am fully aware that I have made a mistake. I truly do love deeply, don’t you think?
Following this, Sandoval went on to explain that, after more consideration, he has come to the conclusion that he engaged in his affair with Leviss due to his “low self-worth.” He continued by saying, “I regret it, hardcore, I really do.”
In the most recent interview, the reality star discusses the aftermath of the infidelity scandal, which occurred at the same time as the eleventh season of Vanderpump Rules was released to the public.
As the show progressed, Madix was attempting to figure out how to go with her living arrangement with Sandoval after the termination of their long-term relationship.
