Sam has maintained his weight loss because to his commitment to leading a lifestyle that is both healthy and active. He was asked to go on the Australian talk program Studio 10 for an interview, during which the presenters questioned him in further detail about his past experiences and his present life.

When Sam is asked how he thinks about himself when he looks back on his 19-year-old self, and whether he recalls suffering at the time, he says, “I don’t think I really do…it seems like a lifetime ago.” This can be seen in the video that can be seen below. Even more so, it has been quite some time since I’ve truly looked at photographs of that nature. I am experiencing a remarkable shift in how I feel. He says that he was a very happy child and that he had a lot of friends, but he also adds that being overweight throughout life might be a bit depressing at times.

Sam also discusses how difficult it was for him to drop all of that weight on the episode. Losing weight and maintaining a healthy diet and exercise routine may be challenging for a lot of individuals, especially when they want to see results quickly. Many people find that participating in a competition like “The Biggest Loser,” where they have to exercise and watch what they eat in order to compete against other participants, may be a tough experience. He gave an emphatic “no” in response to the question of whether or not he had considered quitting up at any point along the route.

In the interview, Sam explains to the presenters that for him, the challenge was a day-by-day one, which grew into weeks, which went into months, until he found himself standing up on the platform and being weighed, finally winning the season. Sam ended up becoming the winner of the season.

Sam also adds that he would want to be hopeful and feels that he could have dropped as much weight even if he hadn’t taken part in The Biggest Loser, but in all likelihood, it would have taken him a great deal longer than it did on the program. However, Sam says that he would like to be optimistic and believes that he could have lost as much weight as he did.

Adding to the discussion that is taking place in the film, he comments about his time spent in college, during which he consumed a significant amount of fast food and alcohol. Even though he was a large youngster, he managed to stay physically active and healthy throughout his childhood by participating in sports like cross country running. He attributes his dramatic weight gain to the fact that he ceased participating in sports as he grew older.

Sam is living out his childhood fantasy by working as a fireman at the moment. On top of that, the presenters compliment him on his “raunchy” calendar shot that showcases his toned figure and great abs. They call it a “raunchy” calendar shoot. It is a charity that generates money for the Children’s Hospital charity, and he says that he is extremely delighted to be engaged with it. The Australian Firefighter’s Calendar is the nonprofit in question. From the time when he was an obese 19-year-old to the present, when he is a healthy and fit adult, he has gone a long way.

It is worth one’s time to listen to Sam’s life story since he is a living example of the saying, “Where there is a will, there is a way.” The video that follows provides more insight into Sam, including his time spent working on the program as well as his thoughts and plans for the future.
