Then, towards the end of the year, a famous couple entered the IHOP where Bethany worked and sat in the section of the restaurant that she was responsible for.
Bethany was able to identify the guy very instantly as singer-songwriter Donnie Wahlberg, who was accompanied by his wife, Jenny McCarthy.
Sources say that Bethany’s happiness was so overwhelming that she couldn’t be contained. The waitress considered New Kids on the Block to be one of her all-time favorite bands, and she also had a special place in her heart for Donnie on a personal level.
As a direct consequence of this, Bethany was over the moon about the opportunity to work for him. She had no idea that a single day would have such a significant impact on the rest of her life until much later.
