Two weeks after announcing that she had given birth to her fifth kid, the reality star shared the news that she is expecting her sixth child.
Kailyn Lowry has revealed that she is carrying twins. During a recent episode of her Barely Famous podcast, the former Teen Mom revealed that she and boyfriend Elijah Scott are expecting their first child together. The announcement was made public on Friday. During their conversation, Lowry broke the news to TikTok actress Allison Kuch, who is also expecting her first child with NFL player Isaac Rochell, with whom she is married.
We were not even in the same room, but what are the chances of it happening? And so I believe we both returned home with permanent keepsakes,” the reality star, who is 31 years old, said Kuch as they were reminiscing their trip to Thailand together.
“Wait, you brought a memento that will last forever back with you? Oh my gosh, how come I had no idea about this? Both of us were pregnant in Thailand,” was the response from Kuch. The next part of Lowry’s explanation is as follows: “I must have gotten pregnant right before I left, and I had no idea.”
“When I finally arrived, I began devouring everything in sight. My cheeks were red, but I didn’t give it much thought since I was certain that there was no way that it was related to what I was hearing. She recalls thinking to herself, “There’s no way I’m going to be.”
Later, Lowry reveals to Kuch that she is really carrying twins, revealing that this would be her “sixth pregnancy, like six and seven for me.” Kuch is excited to hear the news.
“And I’ve gotten pregnant when I’m not actually … like I’ve tracked my ovulation and I’ve gotten pregnant on days that were not my ovulation window,” she said to the celebrity on TikTok.
This news comes only two weeks after Lowry disclosed on her podcast that she had quietly given birth to her fifth child.
In the episode that aired on October 13, Lowry said that she had “not addressed the rumors about, you know, my fifth son.” “And so can I do that now, and just say, this is not where I was supposed to bring it up.”
Later, Lowry acknowledged to People that she and Scott had given birth to a boy somewhere in the previous year and called him Rio. The tiny bundle of joy is Scott and Lowry’s first child together; however, Lowry is also the mother of kids Creed, 3, and Lux, 6, with her ex-husband Chris Lopez, as well as a son named Lincoln, 9, with her ex-husband Javi Marroquin, and a son named Isaac, 13, with her ex-husband Jo Rivera. Scott and Lowry’s first child together is a bundle of joy.
“I wanted to be able to tell my own story on my own terms and kind of share what information I wanted to share instead of being within a contractual obligation or storyline,” Lowry told the news organization.
After some time, she uploaded the video on Instagram, along with a picture of her in the hospital, posing with what seems to be her newborn child Rio. Lowry said in the caption, “You won’t want to miss the new episode of #barelyfamous that dropped,” and he attached the hashtag.
She added, “I feel like it was ripped out from under me time and time again,” she said in an interview with People. It seems as if my hands are bound in this situation. Because other people are announcing it for me, I may as well simply speak about it at this point because it’s already been announced.
When the reality star was chatting to guest Aurora Culpo on her Baby Mamas No Drama podcast in July, she dropped a few hints about Rio’s birth for the first time. When Lowry and Culpo were discussing the Culpo family’s TLC series, The Culpo Sisters, she made the disclosure while they were talking about the show.
On an episode of her podcast titled “Coffee Convos” that was released in 2021, Lowry said that she wasn’t ruling out the possibility of having children with Scott. “My boyfriend doesn’t have kids of his own, so it could go either way,” said the woman.
During the same episode, Lowry referred to Scott as the “love of her life” and told co-host Lindsie Chrisley, “It’s crazy because they say when you know, you just know, and that’s how I feel.”
“I feel as if I’ve known him for an incredibly long time. She continued by saying, “Like I feel like I have known him forever,” before stating that she might foresee herself getting married once again in the not too distant future.
