Gwyneth Paltrow considers herself really fortunate to have Jennifer Aniston as a friend.

On Thursday, April 5, Gwyneth Paltrow, who is now 51 years old and the creator of Goop, was responding to questions from her fans on Instagram Story. One of the questions posed was, “Are you and Jennifer Aniston friends?”

Paltrow answered by saying, “Yes, I am so lucky,” and she then uploaded a picture to her Instagram account that showed her and Aniston, 54, kissing one other on the cheek while hugging.

Aniston was one of the famous people that attended the engagement party that Gwyneth Paltrow threw for herself and her now-husband Brad Falchuk in 2018.

The two of them have both been in romances in the past with Brad Pitt. Paltrow, who is now 58, dated Pitt from the years 1994 to 1997, and Aniston was married to the actor from the year 2000 to the year 2005, when they divorced.

During her question-and-answer session on Instagram Story, Gwyneth Paltrow, who tied the knot with Falchuk in 2018, discussed a variety of subjects. These ranged from advice on developing a love connection with a Pisces like Falchuk, 52, to the most important lessons she has learned as a mom.

Additionally, a question was asked about Paltrow’s connection with Dakota Johnson, who is now dating Paltrow’s ex-husband Chris Martin. Paltrow answered the question.

Paltrow said, “We’re actually very good friends,” and went on to say, “I love her so much.” It’s impossible not to like and adore being around her.

Johnson started seeing Martin, 46, in 2017 after the Coldplay singer and Paltrow, who “consciously uncoupled” in 2014, formalized their divorce in 2016. Prior to that, the pair had been together from 2014 to 2016.

She is the stepmother to Falchuk’s daughter Isabella, 19, and son Brody, 17, in addition to the two children that she and Martin have had together, Apple, 19, and Moses, 17.

During an earlier Instagram Q&A session that Gwyneth Paltrow held in the month of August, she stated that combining her family with Falchuk’s at first was a difficult challenge to do.

“As far as I’m aware, there is no guidebook on the subject; no one advises us what to do. “And in point of fact, all of the media that exists around the concept of a stepmother portrays us in this evil, villainous light,” Paltrow said at the time. Therefore, it may be compared to the challenge of avoiding land mines. And then you’ll be part of a family that has its own unique dynamics. And there are many other forms of terror associated with loss and the question of “what does this person mean?”

“But for myself, the minute I decided, and fully embodied the idea that my step kids were my kids and I love them just as much and I gave them the same rules and boundaries, and just kind of whole-heartedly went for it, then the easier the whole thing got,” according to her. “And now it’s pretty great.”
