This past weekend, Drake performed in front of an audience that included a very special guest: his kid.
On Sunday, the “One Dance” singer, who is 36 years old, posted a series of images on Instagram from his performance that took place over the weekend in Los Angeles. The singer’s son Adonis, who is 5 years old, attended the show to see his father play. In one of the pictures, the rapper can be seen holding his baby in his arms as Adonis grins at the camera.
In another picture, Adonis can be seen gripping his father’s arm while wearing a set of black headphones and listening to Drake sing to him from above.
“Adonis’s Big Day Out,” was the caption that Drake added to the adorable image.
During the event, Drake informed his audience that Adonis will be there for the very first time at the Los Angeles show. During the course of the performance, he made the following statement: “I can’t talk about t—s tonight in L.A. because my son is here for the first time,” he remarked. Therefore, we need to keep this discussion at a PG level tonight. Please continue to wear your bras.
The rapper known for “Hotline Bling” is co-owner of the French bull Adonis with the artist Sophie Brussaux.
This past week, Drake posted a picture of himself styling his son Adonis’ hair on Instagram, sharing a touching moment from his role as a father. While the rapper was sitting behind his kid, Adonis, he gently pulled out his braids, which mirrored the haircut that the proud father wore himself.
Messages from the rapper’s buddies were scattered across the comments section. “Like father, Like son,” the rapper Tyga said about their relationship. DJ Kahled, another parent who collaborated on the project, simply said, “.”
Drake included a hilarious video of his mother Sandi Graham expressing her gratitude to her son for the gift of a new watch in the same post. She exclaimed, “What a gift,” in reference to the glistening lime green watch. “Isn’t that absolutely gorgeous?”

After that, the rapper inquired what his son’s opinion on the gift. “What do you think of Bubby’s watch?” he said. “Do you like it?”
Adonis, who was playing ping pong before his dad started shooting, gave a shrug and told Drake that he did not enjoy it because it is “too expensive.” Adonis was playing before his dad began filming.
“I know,” the rapper said to him. “I know.” “You won’t worry about that as much as you get older.”
The father and son team went to see their favorite basketball team, the Toronto Raptors, play in December and sat courtside together. Drake and his kid, who were both dressed in coats that resembled leather and shoes, had their whole attention on the game until Adonis’ bag of Skittles was brought out.
According to The Toronto Star, Drake has been a courtside seat ticket holder for the Raptors since 2013 and serves as a worldwide ambassador for the franchise. The two often attend Toronto games together.
