Steenburgen’s spouse is Ted Danson.
She told ET’s Deidre Behar, “This is so far some of the best days of my life.” “This is so far some of the best days of my life,” “I have a really positive outlook on it.”

She expressed her gratitude by saying, “It’s an honor to be an actor.” “I find it to be both intriguing and challenging, and I have never had the impression that I have mastered it. I have not yet mastered this. That is what makes it such a fascinating topic. Because there is always something more that may be discovered, I just adore it.
Danson nodded his head in agreement and said that he felt “the same way” as his wife of over 30 years.
“I love working with crews and writers and directors,” said Danson, who is now 75 years old. “I love driving through the studio gate.” “I like my career as an actress. “I adore it.”
The pair, because of their passion for their profession, is aware of the issues it is presently facing, including the continuous strikes for the Writers Guild of America, the Screen Actors Guild, and the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists. Despite their love for their industry, the couple is aware of the obstacles it is currently facing.
“It’s easy for actors to deal with being out of work, but for all the satellite industries that are involved, that’s hard,” added Danson. The fact that people are losing their homes demonstrates that this is the genuine thing.

As highlighted by Selig, “We also realize that during COVID sixty percent of the people who came with their cars to get boxes of food had never ever, ever taken any assistance at all.” This was one of the realizations that came about as a result of COVID. “You just never know when something like this is going to happen, when you’re going to need a little help.”
