After her infidelity scandal with Tom Sandoval was exposed on the tenth season of Vanderpump Rules, Raquel Leviss has decided to make some adjustments to her life. First things first, she is no longer going by the name Raquel.
Rachel is going to be her legal name from this point on. “After months of therapy, Rachel decided she wanted to go by her government name moving forward,” a source tells Entertainment Tonight (ET). “Rachel is ready to move on with her life,” the source adds.
After spending two months at the mental health institution, ET has been informed by a source that Leviss has checked out of The Meadows in Arizona. Leviss was there for treatment. According to the source, Rachel is now spending her time with those who are close to her.
Leviss “still hasn’t signed on to film” the program, according to a source, and “her team and Bravo are still trying to hammer out a deal.” Filming for the eleventh season of Vanderpump Rules has already begun, but according to the source, the future of Leviss on the show remains uncertain.

ET exclusively revealed in April that Leviss, then 28 years old, had gone into the treatment center shortly after shooting the Vanderpump Rules season 10 reunion special. ET was the first news outlet to break the story. The three-part televised event was explosive, as the cast members addressed the fact that Sandoval, age 40, had cheated on his long-term fiancée, Ariana Madix, age 38, with Leviss. Sandoval had been seeing Madix for the last eight years.
A source shared with Entertainment Tonight earlier this week that “[Rachel’s] mental health is the most important thing to her and her family.” She worked hard on improving her mental health while she was in the facility, and she is aware that returning to the program and filming will be a very difficult experience for her.
Since April, Leviss has not been seen, and her absence was immediately noticeable on Tuesday, when many cast members of Vanderpump Rules were filming at Lisa Vanderpump’s Sur Lounge. Sandoval, Madix, Tom Schwartz, and Scheana Shay were among those there.
After the Vanderpump Rules reunion, it would seem that this is Sandoval and Madix’s first opportunity to meet one another in person.
During the shooting, it seemed like Sandoval was able to escape Madix, but Shay was not. A video that was acquired by TMZ shows the two individuals engaging in a furious dispute outside of the pub. During the confrontation, Shay can be heard saying, “If you hadn’t f**ked Raquel,” before she storms away from the scene.
