After separating for the first time over three years ago, Armie Hammer and Elizabeth Chambers have finally reached a divorce settlement.

The Declaration of Default that was received by ET indicates that the two parties came to an arrangement on Tuesday about their property as well as any child and spousal support problems that had been pending between them.

According to the documents, “the parties have entered into a written agreement regarding their property and their marriage or domestic partnership rights, including support, the original of which is being or has been submitted to the court,” and the two individuals are requesting that “the court [to] approve the agreement.”

Their divorce will be completed as soon as the court approves of the settlement agreement, which is all that is required at this point.

In July of 2020, after 10 years of marriage, the couple shared on social media similar messages that read, “Thirteen years as best friends, soulmates, partners, and then parents.” The announcement came after they had been married for 10 years. It has been an amazing trip, but both of us have come to the conclusion that it is time for us to turn the page and move on from our marriage. As we go into the next phase of our lives together, our top priorities will continue to be our children as well as our close friendship and our role as co-parents.

Shortly after that, Chambers initiated divorce proceedings against the actor who starred in Call Me By Your Name. Hammer responded to Chambers’ divorce petition around the same time.

Chambers stated irreconcilable differences as the cause for the divorce in the first court documents and was seeking primary physical custody of their two children, Harper, 8, and Ford, 6. Harper is the older child and Ford is the younger child. Hammer, in the meanwhile, put up a request to share both legal and physical custody of the children.

The filing occurred before a slew of charges and assertions were made against Hammer by a number of women about his sexual desires. In addition, a lady called Effie accused Hammer of raping her as well as abusing her mentally, emotionally, and sexually.
